Falcon Contracting, Inc. is Hiring an Equipment Supervisor Near Phoenix, AZ
Job description
We are a well-established striping and signing business in Phoenix.
We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week. Some overtime may be needed on a case by case basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of equipment maintenance and yard upkeep duties.

Responsibilities to include:
-Repair and maintenance of gas and electric powered tools and small equipment
-Maintenance of trucks and trailers in a small fleet
-Receive material and equipment orders
-Pickup and drop off of materials and equipment as needed
-Manage material inventories
-Yard upkeep
-Office building maintenance
-Maintenance of equipment and vehicle paperwork
-Operate forklift
It is essential that you have:
a clean record and driver's license
experience working in the Arizona heat
a good attitude and strong work ethic
the ability to work well in a team environment and/or unsupervised
physical fitness, as practical work is involved (lift 80 lbs)
reliable transportation
